FAQ

Please read the following frequently asked questions. Also, please visit this page often as we are updating this page from time to time. Any further questions, you can also use the Contact Us form.

 

Q: How can I purchase tickets?  

A: Tickets are available through tech port center. We have employed Etix as our ticket agency to handle your online orders. Tickets will not be sold at the door, but please be aware of that.

 

Q: Will tickets be mailed?
A: No. In order to make things as smooth as possible, we recommend that you have a print out copy of your purchase. 

 

​​Q: What does the General Admission ticket include?
A: Admission into South Texas Rumble Fest & Wrestling Show. All autographs, photo ops and any other items located inside our event have additional costs.

 

Q: How much is parking?

A: Parking can be paid  at the Tech Port Arena or online with Etix.

 

Q: Does the talent charge for signing autographs and taking photos?
A: Yes. There is a fee for each autograph and photo op. Prices vary from talent to talent. You can visit our Guests page to see what each talent is charging.

 

Q: What is a vendor guest?
A: A vendor guest is a talent contracted by an outside vendor to appear at their booth to sign autographs , take pictures and Merchandise. These are not South Texas Rumble talent and are the sole responsibility of the vendor. If you have questions about any of the vendor guests, please contact the vendor who is responsible for bringing them in.

 

Q: Can I use my own camera to get a photo taken with a wrestler?
A: Yes. We will have staff throughout the event who can help take your picture or you can have a friend take the pictures for you. 

 

Q: Can I get my own items signed?
A: Yes. Prices for items are listed on our Guests page. Please review them closely, as some have different prices for different items. Prices are set by the talent and/or their agent.


Q: Will you have photos available for purchase of the guests appearing?
A. Every South Texas Rumble Fest featured talent will have a selection of photos and other merchandise (varies from talent to talent) at their table. We are not responsible for their selections or for the vendor guests and their selections that may be available.

 

Q: I pre-purchased my autographs/photo ops ahead of time. What do I do next?

A: We advise that you either print out any and all orders you have made or have your email notifications that were sent when you made your purchases, ready the day of the event. We will have a print out of all orders for each South Texas Rumble Fest featured guests, but you having your receipts ready will help speed the process up.

 

Q: I can no longer make your show. How do I get a refund?

A: All sales are final. Refunds are only available If the Event is not rescheduled or canceled and featured guests cancels. 

Q: Will mail/send in orders be available?
A: Yes. Vendors may accept mail in orders and will need to check availability  on guest page.
